(HOLA RENT A CAR) identified under the laws of Costa Rica by legal ID# 3-101-091092, has its legal address in Front of Best Western Irazú Hotel, west side of General Cañas Highway, San Jose, Costa Rica, with e-mail at service@hola.net, and is the legal owner of this web site which delivers to its customers or users, the proper access and information, regarding different services, promotions and products available from the company, as well to give them access to them.

1. The utilization of this web site, which is regulated through this document, withholds the USER condition to all of those who use the web site, and this implies that the USER will adhere to its conditions, whichever are published at the time of anyone's access to the web site. HOLA RENT A CAR reserves it right to modify, at any time, in any moment, the presentation and configuration of the web site, as well as that of the Legal Notice, and to suspend temporally or definitively its services in www.hola.net without previous notice. HOLA RENT A CAR recommends the USER reads the Legal Notice every time he/she accesses the web site.


2. To the extent of what the local laws express toward the protection of personal information, information services and electronic mail, HOLA RENT A CAR informs the USER the existence of an electronic file, with his/her personal information, which HOLA RENT A CAR will be responsible for, with the final objective of maintaining and managing the contractual relation with the USER, as well as to inform and commercialize the auto rental activities related to him/her.    At the same time HOLA RENT A CAR informs on the possibility of the USERs right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose, which we recommend be done in writing directly to HOLA RENT A CAR, located in front of Best Western Irazú Hotel, west side of General Cañas Highway, San José Costa Rica. HOLA RENT A CAR obligates itself to maintain the secrecy of the USER personal data, and to the duty of keeping safe this information implementing all reasonable measures to minimize the possibility of losing, changing and non authorized use, by the use of current available technology.


3. The territory, in which the rental contract is valid, is limited to Costa Rica, based in the actual applicable law in Costa Rica.


4. All the web site content of HOLA RENT A CAR is protected by the actual laws of intellectual property in Costa Rica, including the international agreements signed by the government authorities.
   It is prohibited to reproduce, copy, distribute, transform, and modify elements from the web site, or any other included in such laws of intellectual properties, unless a specific written authorization has been given by the owner of such rights in HOLA RENT A CAR.


5. In any case HOLA RENT A CAR will be responsible for any loses of any type which emerges from the use or access of the web site, for example, the server of the web site contains viruses or any other malicious type of software from third parties.


6. HOLA RENT A CAR reserves it right to do any variation to its content, configuration or design of his web site, without previous notice, including the ones contained within this terms.
